The Types of Information We Collect.

If your subscription or other agreement for Services is renewed, we may increase the fee for the subsequent renewal term. Purchased Services are non-refundable. Your account and access to the Services may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. We may, but are not obligated to, cancel inactive, or unpaid accounts or subscriptions.

 

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including valid credit card information, your name, mailing address, and email address, and to provide Stripe or other third-party processor with any changes to such information.

 

3.     Information from Interactive Features

 

Our Site may have help center support, chat room support, and other interactive technologies that allow individual comments and messages to be tied to an accountholder’s or visitor’s name, email address, or other Personal Information. Any information you provide or post in these interactive technologies is considered Feedback (as defined below), and we may use or incorporate such information in our Services.
