Terms of Service for Using Steerco
Thank you for using Steerco. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Steerco Platform and services, whether via free or paid subscription. By registering for, accessing, or using the Steerco platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Free and Paid Access
Steerco offers both a free and paid subscription tier. The free tier grants access to basic features such as scorecards, surveys, and KPI tracking. The paid tier includes access to advanced AI features including automated QBR/EBR creation, account planning, churn and expansion insights, and other enhancements.
2. AI Usage and Fair Use Restrictions
Steerco reserves the right to limit or restrict usage of AI-based features if such usage is determined, at Steerco's sole discretion, to be excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended use of the platform. Automated or programmatic triggering of AI processes beyond normal operational use may result in rate-limiting, temporary suspension, or termination of access. AI features are provided as-is and may include third-party models or infrastructure. Steerco does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
3. Data Privacy and Security
Steerco is committed to protecting your data. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. We do not expose or resell customer data. Any customer data uploaded to the platform will remain private and secure, and is not accessible to third parties without explicit consent. Steerco may collect, process, and store user-submitted information including account details, customer records, KPIs, usage data, and other business inputs (“User Data”) in order to provide platform functionality. All User Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is accessible only by authorized personnel under strict confidentiality protocols. Users retain ownership of their data. By using the platform, users grant Steerco a limited license to process, store, and display this data solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. Steerco may de-identify or aggregate data for the purposes of improving platform performance, usage insights, and system development, provided such data cannot be traced back to any identifiable customer or individual.
4. Team Collaboration and Shared Workspaces
The Platform enables users to invite additional team members into shared environments where customer data, KPIs, success plans, and account information may be visible to other authorized users within the same team. This functionality is designed to support collaborative account management and internal alignment. By inviting or assigning others to their team environment, the primary user agrees they have the authority to do so and will not grant access to any unauthorized individuals. Users are solely responsible for managing access permissions within their team workspace. Steerco is not liable for any unauthorized access, data exposure, or misuse resulting from a user adding individuals to their team who were not properly authorized. Users are encouraged to review team membership settings regularly and manage access responsibly.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms
- Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer Steerco's AI or infrastructure
- Provide accurate account information and safeguard login credentials
- Keep contact information and account information up to date
- Not share login information, as accounts are limited to one user per login
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion for violations of these Terms, including misuse of AI features, unauthorized data scraping, or abusive usage patterns.
7. Reinstatement and Reactivation
Accounts may be reactivated with premium features at any time after subscription cancellation, but may be subject to a catch-up payment. The catch-up payment would be at maximum the amount to cover the gap in premium account subscription between cancellation and reactivation. Accounts may also be reinstated after Termination due to breach(es) of the Terms of Service but may be subject to a catch-up payment.
8. Feedback and Improvements
We welcome user feedback to improve Steerco. By submitting suggestions or ideas, you grant us the right to use them in future enhancements without restriction or compensation.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Steerco after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Steerco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
